JAKARTA, 02 December 2006 - Indonesia`s inflation in November 2006 fell to 0.34 percent from 0.86 percent a month earlier, bringing the calendar year inflation to 5.32 percent and year-on-year inflation to 5.27 percent. The year-on-year inflation in November was lower than in October when it stood at 6.29 percent, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) said on Friday.

Throughout 2006, the year-on-year inflation was for the first time brought under two digits in October and the inflation in the January-October 2006 period was 4.96 percent. In September the inflation stood at 0.38 percent and year-on-year inflation at 14.55 percent.
