JAKARTA, 13 November 2005 - Indonesian police on Saturday released five men, who had been detained on suspicion of involvement in the beheading of three Christian girls in the sectarian conflict-torn Central Sulawesi Province, a local police chief said.
Rudi Suhfariadi, police chief in the town of Poso, said they were released because police have not been able to find evidence to link them to the incident that occurred in the town.
